Greg Divis is the President and CEO of KV Pharmaceutical, a branded specialty pharmaceutical company dedicated to woman's healthcare.

With more than 20 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Greg joined KV Pharmaceutical in the summer of 2007 as the President of Ther-Rx Corporation, the branded pharmaceutical subsidiary of the Company. He was named Interim CEO in June 2010 and permanent CEO in November 2010 while continuing to serve as President of Ther-Rx Corporation.

Before joining KV Pharmaceutical, Greg Divis began his career as a sales representative and has served in a variety of commercial and general management leadership roles with pharmaceutical companies such as Schering-Plough Corporation and Sanofi-Aventis, both in the US and in Europe. This included direct responsibility for entire country operations, extensive business development experience, and significant commercial leadership experience for large multi-national corporations.

Greg earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa, and he currently serves on the Boards of St. Mary’s High School in St. Louis, MO and Health eVillages™.

Tom McHugh is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of KV Pharmaceutical, a branded specialty pharmaceutical company dedicated to women's healthcare.

Tom joined KV Pharmaceutical in January 2009 as the Corporate Controller bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in accounting and finance at publicly traded companies and public accounting. He was named Interim CFO in September 2009 and permanent CFO in July 2010.

Tom began his career in public accounting at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and has since worked in a variety of industries including leasing, distribution and professional services where he served in senior accounting and finance roles. Prior to joining KV Pharmaceutical, his positions included Global and Corporate Controller at BearingPoint, Chief Financial Officer at Huttig Building Products and Corporate Controller at XTRA Corporation.

Tom holds a bachelor’s degree from Bentley University and a Master’s degree in accounting from Northeastern University.

Mr. Christmas was appointed as our Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in June of 2011. He came to the Company after serving as General Counsel and Secretary of several public and private biopharmaceutical companies. Immediately prior to KV, he was General Counsel and Secretary for the Wellstat Companies, a group of development stage pharmaceutical companies, and previously served as General Counsel of BioVeris Corporation until its acquisition by Roche Diagnostics in 2007. Prior to his in-house experience, he was an associate with the law firm of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld from 1996 to 2000. Mr. Christmas received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Boston College in 1992 and a juris doctorate with honors from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1995.
