K-V Pharmaceutical Company Restructuring
On August 4, 2012, K-V Pharmaceutical Company and certain of its domestic subsidiaries filed voluntary petitions for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
Under Chapter 11:
We remain open for business.
We will continue working to meet the needs of our customers, including providing Makena
®
(hydroxyprogesterone caproate injection) and Evamist
®
(estradiol transdermal spray) without interruption.
As we proceed from this day forward, we intend to pay our employees and vendors for services and goods provided after the filing.
